Easter

We celebrated Easter a lot this year!  We helped organize the kid's Indianola Easter Egg Hunt!! What a blast!  It took about 30 minutes to hide all the eggs and about 3 minutes for the kids to find them.  Brock, Lauren, and Natalie came out to hunt eggs with us and Angie was here for a visit too!  Paul and Lauren were hunting with the 4-6 year olds, while Olivia hunted with the 0-3 year olds.  Can't wait for next year!  Beach egg hunts are the best!

 

Then we packed up and headed to Brock and Natalie's new house for some more hang out fun with Angie and the Sievers.  The Easter Bunny even came there too!! 

 

Olivia Jane Turns 3!!!

Our little firecracker is 3 years old!!!  This little girl is so funny, smart, spunky, determined, sweet, and independent!!  She tells jokes that really are hilarious and also makes very funny predictions of the future, in the past tense...  "When I was 15, I drove a car." and things of that nature.  She loves her brothers and cuddling her 'purple' blankey, which is pink.  This confuses her father greatly. She is constantly asking me if she can help with dinner and attempts to do most things by herself.  Olivia brings plenty of joy and entertainment to our world!!!  We love you sweetpea!!! Happy birthday!!

 

 

 

 

 

Winter Dock Walk!!

Can you tell this is one of my favorite activities?  We don't get to see the sun much in the winter around here, so whenever it comes out, we head to our best vantage point: The Dock!! 

 Sorry, teenaged Olivia, if all my pics have silly faces, they're gonna get used. :) Love Mama.

Home Sweet Home!!

After lots and lots of patience and looking, Matt and I FINALLY locked down OUR NEW HOUSE!!!!  We are thrilled with the house, location, opportunities, everything... including the major remodel we have planned before we move in.  Stay tuned for pictures of the remodel play by play.  For now, here it is...
